Founded in 1858 by the Sisters of Charity, St Vincent’s College, Potts Point, is one of Australia’s pioneering Catholic day and boarding schools for girls. Through the dedication of nearly 90 staff and inspired by truth, justice and hope, the 650 students are encouraged to achieve personal excellence, become considerate, compassionate women and confident, independent learners.

Following seven years of distinguished and dedicated leadership, our current Principal, Michele Hugonnet, has announced her decision to pursue further studies overseas in the area of Canon Law. The St Vincent’s College Board invites applications from experienced educators who will continue the educational mission of the Sisters of Charity. The Principal is responsible to the Board for religious, educational, administrative and community leadership to ensure the College pursues excellence in education within the traditions of the Catholic Church and the Sisters of Charity.

The new Principal will be an outstanding educator with a capacity for strategic thinking, proven skills in collaborative leadership and commitment to the Catholic faith and Catholic education. Excellent communication skills are essential, together with a love of young people and the energy, humour and warmth to inspire students, staff and parents.

This project is being managed by John Chesher from Trak Search, Level 8, 65 York Street, Sydney, 2000. Enquiries are very welcome on . Applications should be emailed to mail@traksearch.com.au.
