Boys’ Town is owned by the Salesians of Don Bosco and for 70 years has occupied a unique position, straddling both the education and community sectors. Boys’ Town works on family preservation for adolescents with difficulties and at risk and offers residential, educational and family counseling services.
This senior position reports to the Executive Director and leads a small team. The role manages all administrative functions including finances, budgets, planning, monthly reporting, IT and HR as well as broader aspects such as maintenance and community relations.
We require a person with a background in accounting and administration, ideally with experience in managing a team. It is vital you have the ability to lead by example and the capacity to embrace the mission of Boys’ Town. A salary of circa $90,000 is expected to attract the high calibre person we seek.
