EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS MANAGER

The Director of Schools invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced personnel who can demonstrate a sound understanding of Catholic education and are committed to the ethos of Catholic schools.

This position requires:
• A degree in law and legal experience, with the ability to provide advice in areas such as Family Law, privacy, contracts, intellectual property, discrimination and liability issues;
• broad IR/ER experience and knowledge of employment legislation;
• negotiation skills having direct involvement with unions;
• high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with all interest groups;
• the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust with key stakeholders;
• demonstrated high level of verbal & written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and legal documents;
• current driver’s licence
